At MBS Synergy, LLC, we are dedicated in empowering youth, families, and individuals through holistic wellness, mentoring, and somatic practices. We integrate mind, body, and spirit to create lasting change, helping clients build emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and resilience.

We are a educational and health service provider that specializes in behavioral support, mental health, and wellness. Our organization services individuals, families, and community systems. With over 20 years of experience in mental health and human services, we specialize in trauma-informed mentorship, behavioral assistance, social-emotional learning, and nervous system regulation. Our work integrates evidence-informed strategies with practical, real-world applications to support sustainable growth, emotional regulation, and functional life skills.
